
The following are frequently asked questions that may prove helpful as you consider booking a party package. Please read through them and if you have any further questions, email us at

| Q: | When do I get my invitations? |
| A: | You may pick up your invitations any time during our regular business hours after your party is confirmed with a deposit. |
| Q: | When can I get my invitations? |
| A: | After your party is confirmed, your invitations will be sent to you if you selected this method of delivery. Otherwise, you may pick up your invitations during our regular business hours. |
| Q: | Can I bring my own decorations? |
| A: | Yes, you may bring your own party ware and tablecloths. We do not allow piñatas, confetti or any decorations that are taped or tacked to the walls. If you have a special sign or banner that you are interested in displaying, please contact us so that we can determine if it is possible for you to do so. We offer multi-colored, helium balloons for $11.99 per dozen, but you are welcome to bring your own Mylar balloons. |
| Q: | Is cake included in my party package? |
| A: | A birthday cake is not included in the party package. You may bring your own cake or order a Cold Stone cake through us. Cold Stone will deliver your cake to us for your event and will write a Happy Birthday message on it. The standard cake consists of layers of chocolate and yellow cake between layers of chocolate and sweet cream ice cream with sprinkles mixed in, topped with white frosting. You may also special order a cake through Cold Stone by calling them directly at (925) 600-9177 if you would like a different flavor or have a special theme. You will need to pay for it when you place your order and then Cold Stone can deliver it to us at no extra charge. |
| Q: | What is the deposit? |
| A: | The $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit holds your reservation for you and is applied to your bill at the end of your event. |
| Q: | What is your cancellation policy? |
| A: | If you wish to cancel your party, you must notify us at (925) 271-5882. Unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. |
| Q: | How many guests are included in my package? |
| A: |
The party packages are all inclusive for the following number of guests:
- All Star Sports Party and Glow in the Dark Mini Golf Party - 15 guests, including the birthday child
- Royal Princess Party and Majestic Royal Princess Party - 12 guests, including the birthday child
The extra per guest charge varies by package and includes the extra pizza, soda, activity and tokens, if applicable.

| Q: | Can I have more guests than are included in my package? |
| A: | The maximum number of guests depends on your party package. For the All Star Sports parties, the maximum number if guests is 25. For the Glow in the Dark Mini Golf parties or the Royal and Majestic Princess parties, the maximum number of guests is 20. Please note that the birthday child is included in this guest count. |
| Q: | How long will my party last? |
| A: | All of our parties last two hours, except for the Princess parties which last one and a half hours. |
| Q: | How early can I come in before my party to set up? |
| A: | You may set up in your party room 15 minutes before your event is scheduled. |
| Q: | Do we have to leave after the party has ended? |
| A: | After your allotted time in the party room, you may move your celebration into any of our common areas. The private party room will need to be vacated so that we can set up for the next event. |
| Q: | What if my guest count changes? |
| A: | Please let us know as soon as possible of any changes to your party so that we may set up accordingly. You will be charged the regular package price for up to the number of guests included. All guests over that number will be charged the additional per guest cost. You will only be charged for the number of guests that attend your party. |
| Q: | Do adults count as part of the 15 guests? |
| A: | No, we do not charge for the adults attending the party. However, we would like to know how many may be attending so that we can accommodate them. If you wish to order food for them, we have a full menu as well as some party items that will feed large groups. |
| Q: | Do you offer goody bags? |
| A: | No, we do not offer goody bags or favors. You are more than welcome to bring your own. |
| Q: | Can I bring in outside food and drinks? |
| A: | No, birthday cake and ice cream are the only outside food that we allow. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or any dietary concerns that you may need addressed. With sufficient notice, we can fill most special menu requests. |
| Q: | What does my party package include? |
| A: | Your party package includes: invitations, food and drinks, the activity, tokens (for all parties except the Princess parties), a private room and a party host, party ware, set up and clean up of your room and thank you cards. | Q: | I was not offered the party time I needed. What can I do? |
| A: | Unfortunately, only the time slots offered on our website are available. Please consider a different date or time for your event if your first choice is not available. |
| Q: | How can I change the date and time of my party? |
| A: | Since your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, you will need to book another time slot and submit another $100 deposit. Please contact us at (925) 271-5882 so that we can cancel your original reservation and release it for another guest. |
| Q: | Are boys allowed in the Princess parties? |
| A: | Yes, boys are welcome. We offer costumes and props for them to take part in the festivities. |
