Frequently Asked Party Questions.

The following are frequently asked questions that may prove helpful as you consider booking a party package. Please read through them and if you have any further questions, email us at parties@superfranks.com. Thank you for choosing Super Franks for your special event.

How many guests are included in my package and how much are additional guests?
The party packages are all inclusive for the following number of guests:
  • Majestic Princess Party: 12 guests are included; additional guests are $15 each (maximum 20 children)
  • Rockin' Luau Party: 15 guests are included; additional guests are $12 each (maximum 20 children)
  • All Star Sports Party: 15 guests are included; additional guests are $12 each (maximum 25 children)
  • Taught Town Village: 20 guests are included; additional guests are $12 each (maximum 30 children)
  • Taught Town Fish Tank: 20 guests are included; additional guests are $12 each (maximum 30 children)
Please note that the birthday child and any siblings that participate in the activities are included in the guest count, but parents are not. The additional guest(s) charge includes: Participation in the activities, table settings, additional food and drink. (Plus tokens for the All Star Sports and Rockin' Luau parties)
How long will my party last?
All of our parties last two hours.
How does the deposit work?
The $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit holds your reservation for you and is applied to your bill at the end of your event.
What is your cancelation policy?
Unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. If you wish to cancel your party, please notify us at (925) 271-5888.
I was not offered the party time I needed. What can I do?
Our parties are booked on a first come, first served basis, so only the time slots offered on our website are available. We would love to serve your family, so please consider a different date or time for your event if your first choice is not available.
What does my party package include?
Your party package includes: invitations, a dedicated party host(s), a private party room for your guests, age appropriate activities, food and drinks, party ware, set up / clean up of your room and thank you cards. The All Star Sports and Rockin' Luau parties also include game tokens for each child.
When can I get my invitations?
After your party is confirmed, you may pick up your invitations at Super Franks, during our regular business hours or they can be sent to you* if you select this method of delivery. (*There is a shipping and handling fee for delivery)
What if my guest count changes?
Please let us know as soon as possible of any changes to your party so that we may set up accordingly. You will be charged the regular package price for up to the number of guests included. All guests over the included number will be charged the additional per guest cost.
Will I be charged for the adults that attend my party?
We love having the parents stay, so each package includes 2 adults per child at no charge. (Example: Princess Party includes 12 kids, which equals 24 adults at no charge).

If you have more than 2 adults per paid child, there is a $5 per adult charge. We would also like an idea of how many may be attending so that we can accommodate them.

If you wish to order food for the adults, we have a delicious menu that includes family style party trays with: pastas, salads, fruit platters, chicken wings, quesadillas and more.
Can I bring in outside food and drinks?
We DO NOT allow outside food or drinks, EXCEPT for birthday cakes and ice cream. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or any dietary concerns that you may need addressed. With 3-5 days notice, we can fill most special menu requests.
Is cake included in my party package?
No cakes are included in the packages. You may bring your own cake or order a Cold Stone cake through us. Cold Stone will deliver your cake to us and will write a Happy Birthday message on it.

The standard Cold Stone cake consists of layers of chocolate and yellow cake between layers of chocolate and sweet cream ice cream with sprinkles mixed in, topped with white frosting. You may also special order a cake through Cold Stone Pleasanton, by calling them directly at (925) 600-9177. You will need to pay for it when you place your order and then Cold Stone can deliver it to us at no extra charge.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you may bring your own party ware and tablecloths. We do not allow piñatas, confetti or any decorations that are taped or tacked to the walls. If you have a special sign or banner that you are interested in displaying, please contact us so that we can determine if it is possible for you to do so. We offer multi-colored, helium balloons for $14.99 per dozen, but you are welcome to bring your own Mylar balloons.
How early can I come in before my party to set up?
You may set up in your party room 15 minutes before your event is scheduled.
Do we have to leave after the party has ended?
The private party room will need to be vacated at the end of the 2 hours slot, so we can set up for the next party. However, you are welcome to purchase wristbands for your guests to participate in either a Taught Town Session (for the 5 and under kids) or an Open Gym Session (if there is one available). PLEASE NOTE, that having had a party does not grant access to the paid activity areas before or after the party.
Are boys allowed in the Princess parties?
Yes, boys are welcome. We offer costumes and props for them to take part in the festivities. Many parties choose to purchase arcade tokens for the boys, to give them an option if they donŐt want to participate in the Princess activities.
Do you offer goody bags?
No, we do not offer goody bags or favors. You are more than welcome to bring your own.
